We offer face-to-face appointments at our practice in the Sydney CBD, online Telehealth sessions, or a combination of both.
IN PERSON THERAPY
Based in Sydney’s CBD, our in-person consultations offer a private and safe sanctuary for our therapists to connect with and understand your current and future needs and to collaboratively develop strategies that empower you to improve your well-being.
ONLINE THERAPY
We understand that it can be challenging to find the time to prioritise therapy. We want to make therapy convenient for you by offering the flexibility of online telehealth sessions in the comfort of your own space.
CORPORATE CONSULTING & MEDIA
We offer tailored facilitation and workshops curated to your organisation’s needs. We are able to present on a variety of wellbeing topics.
